Refund policy

Physical products. the return policy stipulates that customers may submit an application for reimbursement within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial purchase. This provides customers with a reasonable period of time to determine if the purchased item meets their needs and expectations, and if not, allows them to take advantage of the return policy.

Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Buyer must contact us at thesystemservicepro@gmail.com with the request. We may ask for more information regarding your order.

 

Digital products, including coaching sessions and online courses, are generally non-refundable. This policy is in place because of the unique nature of these offerings, which cannot be returned or resold.

If you miss a scheduled coaching session, please note that there will be no reimbursement for that missed time. However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. 

To ensure you can make the most of your investment, we request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend a session.

In such cases, we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your coaching session at a more convenient time. Your growth and learning experience are important to us, and we aim to support you in achieving your goals effectively.
